This is a one-of-a-kind group strength training class that will provide you with the programming and community you need to reach your goals. #SHOWUP
STRENGTH training with Jess is a group strength program offered at NE Minneapolis Los Campeones! This is a powerbuilding program, progressive overload style where we gradually increase your weights with strength and confidence. You will learn compound lifts such as back squat, bench press, deadlift, pull-ups, strict press, and dips. You will learn how to lift and what goes into performing the lifts in a safe manner. In class you will learn how to properly warm-up for your lifts, talk your goals for the cycle, and have FUN while doing it! The 8 week cycles shift from strength to growth!
The Crew is PUMPED to help you reach whatever you are looking for; maybe your goal is to learn to lift, get a pull-up, get stronger in your run game, or commit to showing up 3x a week; whatever it is, we are HERE! All you need to do is SHOW UP and leave any story in your head, behind! You deserve to feel your strongest in and outside of the gym- let’s GO!

Bathrooms, locker rooms, showers, and changing area
Ego is not your amigo; we are all here to workout, get healthy, and have FUN! The only competition is with yourself; never compare your Chapter 1 to someone's Chapter 8.

Structure
STRENGTH train with Jess consist of two splits; Lower Body and Upper Body. You will have your strength sets/reps for your compound lifts, partnered with some hypertrophy training for accessory. We STRENGTH train Monday through Friday. Conditioning is only on Saturday. Please check with the MindBody schedule for updated dates/times!
Variety
Push and pull muscles in ways you never knew possible! An ever-evolving series will push you beyond your limits. You will always feel challenged with each workout! In addition to your strength training classes, we compliment them with mobility. You have a variety of classes to choose from to meet your goals!
Accountability
This community is one of a kind. You will have a Team of Coaches there for you and holding you accountable, as well as your SWEATLETES! This community unites online, as well, sharing recipes, tips, motivation and we plan awesome events outside of working out! Some of your best friends will come from STRENGTH train with Jess.
