MACROS with JESS

This is a one of a kind GROUP nutrition program offered by Jess! You will work with her 1:1 in a group setting for 18 weeks. Together, you will find a healthy relationship with food and how the missing link for so many people not getting the results they are hoping for, come from your diet and what you’re fueling yourself with!

In the 18 week course, you will receive a Welcome Packet that will help you with all the ins and outs of what are MACROs, female menstrual cycle talk, group coaching and what to expect from the private FB group, what do you need to do before we kick it off, what are staple meals and how can you prepare for them, various supplements Jess adores, and reminders as well as a FAQ and Zoom login information! You will receive a personalized spreadsheet that will cover your nutrition, your NEAT activity, water and sleep goal, and look over your stress levels; in addition, there is a section to communicate various things/activities going on in your life that could impact your weigh-ins/tracking for the week.

You will get a weekly check in with Jess via messenger, be a part of six LIVE Zoom calls (dates TBD and will be in your welcome email), and a one-of-a-kind community who’s doing it right along with you! Throughout the week, Jess will highlight various podcasts that are beyond informative that will educate you on diet, moving your body, motivation, the brain, menstrual cycle goodies, and everything in between!

OUTLINE of the 18 week course:

Weeks 1-2: Baseline Tracking

Weeks 3-16: Cut or Mass

Weeks 17-18: Maintenance

Structure

Jess will provide you with the structure you need to figure out what your staple meals are that will carry you through your cut or mass of choice AND then onto living your best life in a maintenance phase! She will teach you how to get to your STRONGEST version of yourself and finding a HEALTHY relationship with food!

EDUCATION

Jess will teach you why fad “diets” do not work and why you can have SO much flexibility with counting macros. You will learn everything you need to know about macros, meal prep, the 4 pillars of health and how you can hit your goal and sustain it!

Accountability

This community is one of a kind. You will have the weekly personalized message from Jess, but you will ALSO have a community of men and women going on this journey with you. It truly is the best of both worlds; being Coached by Jess and having the support of her IN ADDITION to the community!
